Raw Cucumber Avocado Soup


4 - Romaine lettuce leaves
2 - cucumbers
1/2 c. - water
2 T. - lemon juice
2 T. - extra virgin olive oil
1 - garlic clove, minced
1/2 t. - sea salt
1/4 t. - cayenne pepper
1- avocado
1 T. - parsley 


Combine in a blender until smooth.
