Do you ever feel like your life is moving in fast forward? When the things you planned on doing and things you planned on happening "someday" suddenly become "today"?
I like to take my time with big decisions. I like to carefully think things through, weigh my options, be intentional and thoughtful. I like to sip on things slowly, and leisurely ruminate on life.
When things go in fast forward, the butterflies in my stomach lead me to the kitchen for a glass of milk; I make sure to have a batch of this hazelnut almond milk on hand.
Sip it slowly. Breath deeply. Allow your world to slow down, and make space to be grateful, peaceful, and present.
