What are your plans for Mother's Day?
This is my second Mother's Day being a Mum (which is wild!) and if I could think of a perfect brunch, this would be it. A simple frittata (with goat cheese!), a zesty and flavorful spring salad, and the most delicious and indulgent pie that just happens to be so healthy, you could eat it for breakfast. In fact, I recommend making two pies, so you (I mean your mom) can eat a little more Monday morning!
