Infused Water: It's not too late to start

 

When I first bought my house, the back yard was a jungle! I spent the first summer just trying to make it manageable and then the next year I built two raised garden beds. I dedicated one of my beds (now wildly overgrown) to herbs and different mints! 

This is where my love for infused waters started. Lemon balm, spearmint, peppermint, orange thyme, lavender.... the list goes on and on. But thyme turned out to be one of the easiest things to keep alive. I found out soon after planting that I do not have a green thumb, but thyme, is a winner. 

Try this infusion the next time you're craving infused water.

  • orange slices
  • a few springs of orange thyme
  • ice cold water
